Guest Justin Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Hi,Ive just bought a £10 coin, its tiny, i thought i'td be bigger than a five pound coin! But i take it as its gold its small. Its 1987, and hasnt got a box. Can i buy a container for it? If so where? And whats its worth? Quote
Chris Perkins Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 http://www.predecimal.com/british_gold_coins.htm for size info.I can supply capsules for it, but they just come in 10's. 16 or 16.5mm should be big enough. It'll be worth more or less bullion value unless in mint condition, in which case probably a few pounds more. Quote
Guest Justin Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 Thanksyou chris, i will have a look at buying some capsules when i have some more time! Quote
