its got a tiny ding by the shield but LCA have graded it by my pictures as Fine which is better than many, i have had and sold on the bay a couple of others which were just good/VG
i have put a 1903 open 3 with LCA for the june auction in better nick than most i have seen, my first auction sale with them so hopefully if all goes well you will see this one there in the future,
i have seen a picture of an 1882 no H penny and on the obverse there is a gap between the R and I of BRITT whereas on the H version these two letters are joined together at the bottom of the R and I , hope this helps
