Hi all, Found this in my change several weeks ago, thought I'd ask here to see if anyone knows what it is, is it an error from the mint? It appears to be a standard ten piece apart from a hole in the heads side, with the design on the centre of the hole. Pics: http://imgur.com/a/2O8lP Thanks in advance for any info.
