Recommended Posts

Thanks for your advice Colin G, I think I might invest In a 2015 Spink Cat.

At least, its always nice to look at magnificent coins I cannot afford!

I have had prolonged doubt as the authenticity of these two Anglo Saxon coins, I suppose really due to their excellent state.

I therefore decided to contact Dolphin Coins and ask whether they were originally purchased

as 'museum reproductions'.

Although, I had previously purchased a few 'museum reproduction' and in fact there is no comparison.

The 'museum reproductions' look like what they are, even to my 'nubie' eyes!

Am please to advise, that I have had the following response from Dolphin Coins, now at Hemel Hempstead:-

quote

"The coins are definitely original as we guarantee our coins for life.

We would be very interested in repurchasing these coins from you."

I do now feel that they are two original Anglo Saxon coins!

So, I am pleased!

Thank you for all your past comments!
