  1. Good evening all. I am just wondering if I could consult the vast array of knowledge on this forum with this piece https://flic.kr/p/2pkP6Hf https://flic.kr/p/2pkHpji Its a rather interesting evasion George 11 Farthing. However it appears to be undated/strange date. It also has a "Ren" error. The majority of these evasion counterfeit farthings seem to be Irish but I dont believe this one is. it seems to match number 455 under Farthings on this website but its an ancient website and I cant access the CD Rom If anyone could confirm or shred some light on this and an how an approximate value. I understand it can be diffcult to value as it depends on the market. Thanks in advance
  2. Good morning all. Can someone confirm if this is a mule 1860 Penny with tooth obverse and a beaded reverse? Many thanks in advance
  3. I will upload the mule tomorrow and maybe the other pennies in a quite superb collection of some 20 high grade and very nice pennies. You will have to excuse me if I am being a little dense. Is the rare variation Obverse M or Obverse P?
  4. Yes I will upload a picture of the Mule. Thanks for the reply. I did look at the website. Under a magnifying glass I counted 6 border teeth from the up right of the R to the top of the I in Victoria which matches with Obverse P? I bow to your superior knowledge however so Obverse P isnt the rare variant then?
  5. Good evening all. I am been extremely fortunate to come in to the possession of a collection of extremely high grade and choice Victorian Pennies amogst them a 1860 Penny Mule example in UNC! Anyway I was wondering if I could ask the experts on this forum for some advice as to this 1881 H example Could someone please confirm my suspension that this is the following example https://rarestpennies.wordpress.com/1881h-f103/ 1881H F103 (Gouby M+p; Freeman 9+M) (R18) Many Thanks I look forward to your responses

    1775 Half Penny Enquiry

Ok Thanks for the reply. A comtempary fake is non regal isnt it? Or am I mistaken?
  7. Good evening. New to the forum but long term coin collector Having quite a few issues uploading images to this forum I hope links to my Flickr album are allowed and ok I have a 1775 Half penny that I would like some advice and information on I believe this to be a non regal example. Its in very good condition for its age. I know grading is subjective but please could someone grade this and advise of how much I should realistically ask for it? Many Thanks
