New to this, found comemorative coin

Hello fellow members Recently I found a german comemorative coin, as someone who is not interested in this kind of hobby I want to ask if it's worth selling it? I've seen prices ranging from 25 euros to 5 euros so I really don´t know where to get informed, any advice? The coin is the same as this one being the only difference a "D" written in the place of the "A" https://www.fleur-de-coin.com/coin-shop/Germany-2-euros-2008-Michaeliskirche_eur618 Thank you!
