  1. I've always loved the Stuart's and have just come into the means that enables me to purchase fairly pricey pieces. I found a Queen Anne and a James II that i want but I just don't know how to tell if they are authentic. There are so many types of coins from this era and even coins from the same year seem to differ. What are the tools needed to make sure you get a genuine coin from the era other than taking someone's word for it?? Thanks for the advice. I just need to know what to look for, what the tell-tale signs are for a fake vs the real thing.
