3rd bedroom = server room , the one server keeps the room at just the right temperature for my coins

Since my coins visit to CGS , it has been toning very well, and its locked in a safe in the dark (but nice and warm as its the server room)
@Sword My coin has the same toning as the top part of yours, was it all that that to start with ?

The chances of three graders getting laid on the same night , that would explain why CGS grades were so strict
-
I think with CGS , a good grade depended on what day it was graded, and if the grader got laid the night before....
-
It was rejected because of toning (Reject: Re-Toned) which I think they mean was cleaned at some time.
It did come back with two extra scratches which I was taking them to court about, but they closed the company just before court case date
-
List them on here with the CGS grade , I'm sure they will sell
-
The only thing I can thank CGS for is the nice pictures...

Was this the highest grade given to a coin by CGS ?
-
Page errors when you try to open it ?

Does anyone know the names of any of the coin graders at CGS - LCGS (looks like they have not changed)
As management at LCGS refuse to reply to any emails, I thought I would try to talk to a grader

Just now, Peter said:I would never dip the whole coin.I've only used it to clear isolated stains.
Peter , would only dipping part of the coin make the coin look strange ?
-
I thought a DIPPED coin would not have Full Lustre, as the lustre would be removed during the dipping
Just my thoughts...
Looking on Ebay at Victorian silver, it seems that most are dipped

1 hour ago, Sword said:Looks like London Coins have realised this and the links no longer work. You get a "Permission denied. Permission denied" message.
However they have also inadvertently disabled all the photos on the "Coins for Sale" section of their London Coins website by doing this. Makes no difference of course as no one want to buy at their silly CGS prices anyway.
Update: London Coins have now figured out that they have disabled the photos on their own website and so the links are working again. Last chance (for what's that worth) to download any CGS photos before they disable the links again.
Could that be due to the email thanking them for the pictures of my coin (with London coins displayed)
