The m. is just an indicator that it's a mobile site, so Nicholas is most likely on a mobile phone or tablet.

New member and new poster (although I’ve spent a lot of time reading through these forums) and I’ve come across a coin that I just can’t seem to get anywhere with.

I’m under the impression this isn’t a British coin going from the design but I can’t ascertain..
