Probably one of the nicest Lima halfcrowns on the market. This lusterous gun metal grey naturally toned coin was sold in the early 70s to a Canadian Doctor by an investment company that had sourced this coin (and a few others) from Spink. It was graded by Spink as EF and was kept well protected until 2007 when I met the Doctor in London and bought his original coin investment package. Spink's grade of EF was of course spot on and that's exactly how I've graded it 35+ years after it was last available for sale.
