Help needed to id this 1861 obverse.

Hi guy's can you help me id the obverse on this coin, i think it's either 2 or 3.

Can't see too clearly as I'm on my cell phone..

However, indications from what I can see, are that it is a Freeman obverse 4 , with LCWYON under Victoria's bust...

It's definitely earlier than 6, as there is a big gap between the top of the head and the linear circle.
