Just wondered if anyone can confirm the mint & moneyer for this first coinage Alex.III Penny,reverse reads ROCT( )ER,has been suggested that it's most likely Robert at Berwick ,any thoughts welcomed.

I would guess at Berwick for the mint although the moneyer looks different...ROCT? Is it supposed to be Robert?
