Not that i am going to, but what are the costs to make a rotographic 'book'?

It depends hugely on the number that are printed because the printers offer large discounts when you have them done by the thousand. To print a couple of hundred from a PDF would work out about £3.00 per book (which is more than the wholesalers buy them at)! Printing 5000 for example works out much cheaper.
