Editing feature has disappeared.

It is very odd that the editing feature disappears when you try to edit a posting to add in links,especially to add in the 'http://' part to the front.Why is this?

The editing feature only lasts a few minutes. This is to prevent people changing their opinions or deleting things days later.

As a 'careless fingered' typist I use the edit feature regularly and have no problem with "drop out" :rolleyes:

I think it gives more ownership to posts if the people posting them are unable to change something the next day, or delete something, or add something. It sort of sets things in stone a little.

Which is to say, think before thou writeth, it canna be undone. Like flammers that post and get all stirred up an change the post later.
