I have a 1996 20 dollar .999 fine silver tuvalu coin depicting queen elizabeth the queen mother on her 60th birthday with her grandchildren, bought from westminster coin collection, issue of 3,000, can anyone tell me what it is worth?

The Krause and Mischler 2004 Standard Catalog of World Coins provides the following information. As you stated, only 3,000 of these proof coins were struck and the value is given as 125 US dollars (about £66).
