What's your favourite?

Hi Sylvester,

My favourite coin is definitley the gothic/godless florins. Also the gothic crown. They are very expensive in top grades though (i am 11 and get £2 a week! ;) ). i can afford low grade gothic florins. I have never bought a godless florin or gothic crown though.

I have this Godless Florin for £95.00, but that would take you almost a year to save up for!

I do have 2 lower grade gothic florins William, are you looking out for any more?

One of them was 1883 NF with better rev, and it was in the last newsletter. £8.00 to you. (was £11.00 in newsletter)

The other is not much better than poor, and dated 1859, so a quite early one. You can have it for £1.20, how's that?

What Oli has illustrated is actually a gothic crown - it can't be a florin with the date 1847. Still something to drool over though.

(Just found it on eBay and, yes, it's a crown).

Sorry for the mistake, I was so taken aback by the price and number of bids!

Ah we all knew that, the date's not even in the right place for a florin.

Not my area I'm afraid Chris, I focus on one area instead of lots of them.
