South African 5/-

Approx 12 months ago I became a novice Numismatist. I started to collect South African 5/- coins. I have managed to collect a coin from each year from 1947 through to 1958. and also have a 1960 and 1963. I am struggling to find any for 1959,1961 & 1962. Does anyone know if any where minted those years.- Thanks.

59 exists, but in 1961 South Africa became a republic and the 50c (Half a Rand) is more or less the coin that replaced it in terms of size. That ran until 1964.
