Silver Wheat Penny?

I have a silver lincoln wheat penny...i don't know if it is normal...i need to know how much its worth....

its a silver wheat penny in good condition...it was my grandfather's...if any1 heard of a coin tht existed....REPLY!

If it's from 1943 then it's perfectly normal and probably perfectly worthless. I believe that is one of the most commonly encountered questions faced by American dealers!

They were made of Zinc coated steel because the Copper was needed in the war effort.
