Dos (b)pesos coin ring ID

Recommended Posts

Hi

I’m new to the forum and looking for some help to ID a Mexican coin mounted ring.

google has not come up with an answer and I’m not sure if the coin is an error or replica. What is strange is the the pesos reading as besos with small text between the DOS which looks like it reads Midallian.

Any help would be appreciated?

thanks

"DOS BESOS" translates as "two kisses".

This is the reverse of a genuine gold coin:

I suspect that someone has created an 'alternative' version to use a love token (perhaps)?
