Can anyone identify this coin I think it is lead the metal is very soft and easy to bend silver appears if you scrape a bit and does it have any value

The legend possibly contains the Greek letter phi. Also - possibly - a rho and a delta. My money is on it being (possibly!) Greek, but I don't have any information, sorry.

Looks a bit like it might be lead - its a funny metal to make coins from - its more associated with contemp forgeries
