Ive recently come across this 2017 partial collar £1 coin.   and the second 2017 is it a fake ? irs a dark tone and the hologram looks more like an indent & oversized- I do like a decent counterfiet coin and apologies iphone pics

Your second coin is real, just dirty.  The micro lettering is very clear on your close-up. It wouldn't be like that on a counterfeit.
