Pleased to say I've just received my e mail (as no doubt has everybody else who expressed an interest) from Michael letting me know that the amendments and additions are now ready for postage. Just paid £13.50 into his account.

Very much looking forward to receiving them. Considering the amount of change, £13.50 seems a small price to pay.

Thanks very much indeed, Michael. Also many thanks to Richard for the proof reading.

Jerry I don't know why e mail providers even bother with a junk folder. So much legit stuff gets dropped into them, and so much actual junk into the main folder.

Agreed.

I had the ultimate insult from BT last week.

I send emails to me, putting what I want to remember in the heading only.

BT put my email to me not 'Junk'.....my wife thought it was funny....

I'm waiting for my update pack. The email from Michael says it's roughly 43 double sided pages, replacing pages 33 to 94, plus other bits and bobs.

Heard a rumour that Donald Trump also collects British pennies and is in the process of compiling a comparative index of types.

It will be called Gobby's The British bronze penny.

Sorry

Hi did give me the opportunity when I enquired a couple of months back ,that I could have the current edition (and get the updates when they come out) or wait for an updated edition .He is possibly making sure everyone who already has it gets the chance of the updates before he releases the full updated version .

It's been reported this week that his tax return shows $70k to his hair stylists...

I always assumed, looking at him, that Pratt and Whitney had done it......

You're lucky living there, right at the main hub of the Severn Valley Railway.

OK, activities will have been curtailed this year, but what a place, and what a station.

Ah- left the area in 1986- no work in town- I'm in Milton Keynes now...

I was on the last BR train  on the SVR line in 1962.....Erica and I decided to go shopping in Bridgnorth, which is always fun,

but we went on the SVR- what a wonderful day out. Everyone should do it.

They even had Bathams Beer on the train!!!! Best beer in the Midlands.

You're close to Bletchley Park. Do you ever visit there?

I went in 2012 - fascinating place.

I have been reading this earlier and dont know why but Michael was given the names of Blake devitt and Jerry by myself ,confirmed with me by email.

Yes, a little sad not to be mentioned, but Michael has used a couple of my photos and pics of my coins so I am happy. A very useful update. Nice to see my F33 N over inverted N listed, I still can’t believe nobody else bid for it in a whole week on EBay!

Yes the format has been changed Jerry ,i have sent you the original which i have that clearly shows your name and initials by the pictures , obviously an error on Michaels part . 🙂

The original also shows B.Devitt and have not got a clue were Barrie came from.

Received my amendments earlier today, and have duly installed them in the book.

Superbly packed. Secure, without being like Fort Knox to get into.
