403 'forbidden'

If I try to include an HTML link by using the 'chainlink' symbol, and dragging the link into the box that appears,

all seems well until I try to post, and I get the 403 'forbidden' stuff. 

Is there a bug or have I forgotten how I usually manage it?

Do you not copy and paste links into the box? Try that.

I remember having a problem with something similar a little while ago - I can't remember what exactly but doing something slightly differently worked in the end.
