Let's be honest you can barely sneeze these days without "offending" someone.

Let's be honest, this conversation is verging on the very silly. Can we get back to laughs please, without "leavening" it with snarky comments? (Aimed at the Farage remark).

Sounds a bit like the episode "Long John Peter" in Family Guy...

"In the episode, Peter steals a parrot from the vet and becomes convinced that he is a pirate. He becomes the scourge of the neighborhood, terrorizing every corner of Quahog until he accidentally kills his beloved bird..."

A less well known Monty Python sketch and one of my favourites - if nothing else because the Ozzies tried to get it banned!

Lingering afterburn......wonderful.

Did the Aussies really try to ban this?

It was, admittedly, before their wine industry got good...

I hope this works.

Richard Osman's treatise on 'nuts' is testament to why BBC Radio should be heard by everyone on the planet.

Best thing I've heard for months....

It would help if you gave us the time stamp of Osman's piece - I'm not sitting through the whole half hour!

Glad you liked it. It's so worth the wait for the ridiculousness to really build, and everyone is on top form.
