Agreed. Likely a Pinecone-Mascle issue penny (most common after Annulet issue, I believe, and yours isn't an Annulet).

cheers, not sure if you can call that a coin though, more like a fragment hahaha   annulet issue has annulets in 2 quarters ?opposites
