Yes - white metal coronation medallion for Queen Victoria. The metal is light and soft - similar to pewter but less prone to tarnish. Somewhere in my head I think it was called Mudi or mooti medal, but I cannot find that on google so I must have it wrong.

I can't make out who it is by - not enough detail in the pictures. You might be able to make out a designer name under the bust?

Sadly in that condition not worth anything - even in great condition they don't make much.

There's a couple on eBay. Apparently it's by Davis. Here's one:
