Henry II or Richard I penny?

Please could somebody ID this coin for me.

I'm hoping it's a Richard I as it has a really decent bust and I've been looking for a quality 'Richard' penny for ages!

That should fly! He’s put some lovely coins on eBay recently. Can’t fathom the pricing sometimes, though? You’ll see some great coins from him for .99p bid, then something bordering melt for £250 starting bid? Strange! 😊

Agreed. His prices have risen since he started. Some are extremely high IMO. I am waiting for an adjustment on some before i bid on a few , if not I'll look elsewhere.
