1861 penny Overdate 1 over 0... or just mirage

Hi, guys, 
bought this coin 11 days ago (link above) as I saw the shadow at 0 under the number 1, received today, but the coin is so worn that would be quite controversial it is overdate or not. I upload these photos here, and if a moderator decides that the topic is superfluous, can delete it.
All opinions are welcome. :)

The O is far too big - it's partly off flan. :ph34r:

On a more serious note, it isn't very convincing.
