Max die number was 130 as for individuals numbers no idea . scratch that this should sort you out :)

There are a few missing numbers that I have seen that are not on that list Die number 3 and die number 67

Which also begs the question how rare are these shilling that have die numbers unaccounted for. After all we are 250 years on from mintage and there are plenty of documentation and books on die's associated with each year. Surely 1 would have  surfaced in all that time? It would make these coins Excessively rare would it not?

Yes, there was.  I have a spreadsheet in which I noted down all the die numbers that I'd seen and 84 does appear for 1865 shillings.
