Only the 1927 was only proof, from the sets. There are currency issues of the others. I've got a 1929 in about VF.

I use it, as you know Pete. I've had a couple of decent buys but there's a lot of rubbish too. There is more risk involved than with ebay, but think as long as you use PayPal Goods and Services then you should be reasonably well protected.

It was more to look for people i had heard of or coin dealers both of which i feel you could trust.

After having a look i didnt realise so much was being done on there :o

I still don't like the scrap price valuations people are given for decent material. :(

Then you should speak up. It's always going to happen:

Q: "What's this worth?"

<Hmmm, I'd like to buy that> A: "Scrap mate. Fiver tops."

<Hmmm, I've no interest in that> A: "Twenty quid mate."

Not me lol. They can go run and cliff jump I know what 's what. I meant the noobs who get left collections and ask the value. dealers all falling over each other to get as close to scrap as possible lol. If you say something you get a nasty lil dig in Im . Not that I care . I often message whoever it is who is asking and tell them what its worth. :)
