There aren't any words that can help you David but if you need somebody to listen just give me a bell any time.

I am so sorry to hear this, life must feel so empty. Stay strong, don't be afraid to lean on family and friends, they will do likewise, this is how things should be at a time of great loss. I hope better times will come in time.

Best wishes from

Jerry and Libby

Thanks guys.

Ann-Marie had been ill a long time, the hospital told us over a year ago that there was nothing further they could do. Three weeks ago she was readmitted, they discharged her saying the choice was the hospice or home. We took her home and she passed away last Thursday. Can't thank the District and Macmillan nurses enough, they did their very best to ensure she did not suffer.

David

Macmillan nurses are hero's.She passed with love and care. Take care David and know are thoughts are with you. When I lost Mrs Peter 22 months ago Predecimal was always an option (and often used). If you need to talk I am here...a complete stranger but an option for you.

Yes David, Peter's words ring true.  I don't know anyone here personally but a better bunch of people I feel would be hard to find,  Do pop in and chat with us and share what is going on.  It was nice for me to read that your Ann-Marie was cared for well, and obviously surrounded by her loved ones as she departed on her final journey..

Take care - Garrett.

Goodness, only just picked this up.

So sorry for your loss, David. The words we all variously conjour up to connect with you is not the important detail; more important is the fact we, and so many others, have all wanted to reach out to you...that's what really counts in life, m'friend! Stay safe out there! Blessings ?
