1936 missing from Peck?

Recommended Posts

After quite a few months of searching,  I have managed to get hold of a copy of Peck for a very reasonable price.  First impressions are very good; A lot of information and the plates are superb.

One thing I noted while flicking through was 1936 being missed for penny, halfpenny and farthing.  Has anyone else noticed this? It's not an issue,  I have a copy of Freeman to reference bronze.

Ah! I couldn't understand how such a common year had been missed!

Thanks.

They are under Edward VIII and were issued posthumously.

A great book, some great bits of information hidden away between chapters...that one had me stumped for a while :D
