    I love Venn diagrams!!

I liked the way cats in Istanbul don't have specific owners. Community cats really, cared for and fed by many.

    Ebay's Worst Offerings

    More Pennies

My local hospital recently unearthed a time capsule from 1903 and there was a picture in the paper of some coins, including an uncirculated penny. Unfortunately they only pictured the obverse - all I could think was "turn it over".

That looks pretty decent to me. Don't recall seeing a better.

Note to self: look harder. I thought the die crack above the R matched but can now see it's in a different place. I don't see a flaw in the forehead where I would expect to see one for obverse 5 though.

I can't see any reason to disagree with your ID Gary.

    Ebay's Worst Offerings

What's the point? They won't do anything that interferes with their profits.
  15. What year is it please Richard?
  16. Well I'd always defer to those with more knowledge but I'm struggling to otherwise explain the increased thickness of the 3 at that point.
  17. To my inexpert eye, I think there's die wear here giving a thicker lower curve of the three, which makes the bottom appear squarer.
  18. Are you lost Pete? What are you doing in this thread? 😮
  19. I wouldn't have been surprised if I'd seen this on the "ebay's worst offerings" thread. But at DNW?
  20. One on a token obverse, if it's of interest.

    Stuff to Make Us Laugh

I'd quite like to know how many people actually fall for it.

    Stuff to Make Us Laugh

This is mental. In my mind it's no different to buying an acre of the moon. I want my part out of the slab please.
