    Transposed?

wow nice thanks for explaining I thought it was that it's just I saw a coin with the center design looked like a harp had been struck over the lion . I say looked as it doesn't resemble a lion at all and it was on a shilling 1697. I'll just put it down to bad pictures

    Transposed?

I know the literal meaning for transpose is to place something in a different place from where it should be but how does that relate to a coin. Scot/ireland transposed? does it mean the harp is on the right and the scottish arms are on the left? or can it mean both in the same place I.e the center of a crown has a scottish lion could a irish harp be struck over it? would that also mean transposed?. Sorry education on words like that are long forgotten lol
  3. Out of all the upgrades from microsoft W10 is the worse. I bloody hate it. I wish I had never changed from windows 7.W10 puts your files and pictures in multiple directories by default. you have your PC name joe bloggs, then whatever your microsoft account name is under Ivor Shed, and onedrive even if you don't use it will store everything where it feels like and remind you what you have even if you didn't want it. esp pictures. "look what we have done for you " yes you f****d it up good and proper. Its invasive and a spy tool for advertising and to collect as much info on you as possible for microsoft to sell to the highest bidder. Google Chrome is another government/police watchdog and constantly finds an opportunity to make you click I agree to whatever they thought of next. they don't support flash. Used to be a solid secure browser not anymore. their search parameters are pathetic at best. Unless you actually put the exact wording you can end up anywhere and even if you put the exact wording you end up anywhere it is utter garbage as a search tool. Who ever sponsors them the most is where you will end up regardless of what you type. This PC isn't even in the main menu from the window icon. you have to go in to File explorer and you see it listed there. I have pinned to the taskbar File explorer and control panel. It is the only way i can find what I want quickly

Love the guarantee. "I am not a licensed dealer and can give no C.O.A" He does a very good job of actually saying it's a fake without actually calling himself out. tough for the idiots that bid on it

So at least we know this issue has both designs. Not sure if the older head has both? Just a thought as it was circulation would it of needed to have the wording 50 pence by law to distinguish what coin it was? perhaps the non circulation issues didn't need it?

The coin above in the set pictured is the older head h29 Spink give no information at all on mintage figures for circulation issues only the silvers and gold. Same for the h31 but they don't even show it as a circulation issue. Pretty poor info really

Actually the picture in spinks doesn't show either with fifty pence in the legend and the later one H31 wasn't a circulation issue and only comes in Silver proof, piedfort and gold. Looks like an error on spinks they don't show a circulation issue for H31 and there clearly are coz I have seen loads and all have 50 pence on them. Be interesting to see if the 5th head version has both. I am getting the feeling it could be misinformation. The old head has no denomination as of yet I have not seen one of those with it and like wise the other new head without. Who knows lol

you know there are two types for that year same reverse but different heads one has the old style head and one more like the head on the new pound coins? H29 and H31 both 2015

I though they all had missing denomination? Normandy landings D-Day has the 50 on but I can't say I have seen battle of britain with a 50 on?

There is a hell of a lot of misinformation out there and will prove itself in years to come when folk go to sell their coins. Most are bought on the tagline "rarest 50 pence 1992-93 eec". Which is true for the circulation issue followed by the Kew gardens. But here is the bombshell awaiting those who bought the silver proof versions and silver piedfort versions at unbelievably high prices. they are just not rare in any shape or form nowhere near it. 1992-93 eec 50 pence silver proof issued over 27,000. One of the higher mintages of the themed 50 pences yet it still sells at over £60. compare that to battle of Britain silver proof 2015 only 3,000 issued and you can pick them up for £20. Even kew gardens silver proof 7,575 issued sells for ridiculous amounts and all this is because of wrong information and hyping the coin as if it were 1 issue. If the daily mail, sun, mirror were to print that only circulation issues were scarce the prices for the other would fall in line with the rest of the 50 pence issues .There are a lot of 50 pence coins I would rather punt at if i was that way inclined. numero uno and the rarest piedfort 50 pence by far Christopher Ironside issue 816 that is going to be the next Benjamin Britten and comparing it against the EEC with 10,993 piedforts and kew gardens 2,967 is a much rarer issue and still you can pick that up if your lucky for £70 very underrated and if the dailies get wind of it well we know what will happen

Sorry might be at cross swords here. D-Day Landings silver proof in the box with coa not the blister pack version which I think is BU? what year is the no denomination 50p?
  14. If you have a third party antivirus program or something like winutilities. they normally have a feature called file undelete or file recovery. Or a long shot if you haven't emptied your recycle bin they will be in there until you clean it just double click the bin and select the files to restore normally ctrl and select the ones you need

Point I was making if that is how she describes everything she doesn't know anything about how on earth can you retain 100% customer satisfaction over 2010 sales? esp when there are muppets out there just waiting to give you a rough ride over any description that isn't 100% accurate
