My guess and not much idea apart from the pennies.
1893 florin 75
1743 crown 65
1901 h/crown 75

Thanks its given me something to look at .
The 1866 is not the nicest coin i have seen and the picture of lot 2471 is a bit tricky.
-
Yes the unbarred ones for 1882 are common

Its all gone over my head i dont have a clue what this thread is all about.
Wiggly lines ,dots,stamps,sceat and porcupines.
Nice coins but i will stick to something a bit simpler.

I have stopped looking prax two many doubts to be spending £1000+ on something in a low grade. The one he mentions at london coins i wasnt convinced about either

Just had to wind my neck back in.Sorry to say the earlier posts are correct and its not one.

i have bought one of him recently just a cheap Freeman 78 but was good with the communication and sent me a couple of emails.
Its worth that money but would not be suprised to see it go for closer to £450-£500

Yep, £15 for up to 5 coins to HK! I queried value, and she breezed over me with '£15's the charge'
And then I'm sure I heard her say under her breath 'now FO, will you, I'm trying to get some sleep here!'
Made me laugh that QUALITY

That must be a typo dave ?

I never have ,i dont tell them anything even if the coin has been graded before and just ask for an invoice.Just tell them you will pay but wasnt sure how much.
-
Dont pay until you get an invoice, just ask them to mail you the final bill.
-
Sorry in answer to your first question think they are scarce but seem to now be turning up more often as more people such as yourself start looking for them.
With regards L.C.A. strong possibility the are hyping them up , as more are found the prices drop. There is obviously a lot more than the six in the satin book fifteen years ago.
-
Think you better start looking for me , well done and good finds.
-
Just thought i would look how much i paid for mine and that was £90 nearly two years ago.Makes me think you will probably have to pay about that for a decent one if not more.
-
Here's one for me that arrived a few days ago, courtesy of Mr. Magee..
The 1926 penny is a very under-rated year and you seemed to have bagged a very high grade dolly there.
Think nordle has been saving the hardest ones till last.

And I've been seething over this one for several days, but now its finished I can't spoil anybodies anticipation. THIS IS NOT AN OPEN 3 ! This is the same seller who has given us a selection of mis-identified rarities over the last couple of months, and made good money; we have already discussed his 1860 mule penny, for example.

Any collector aware of the variety should really check in Gouby before wasting his money, the variety identifiers are clearly described, and not present in this coin.
And I didn't wish to draw attention to the type until an auction had completed on one that I think might be (at less than £3, a reasonable gamble, will update if correct).
Jerry
Yes i noticed this last week but not an open 3. Its one i have not got and you will be lucky to have found one for £3 there must be plenty of people looking everyday as quite easy to spot.
Hope it is though would be the buy of the year.

Well if you sell some to me take it easy on the price.

Hi folks. I saw on another topic the Half-Penny 1/1 varieties. But I don't see anything listed here or anywhere else on 1861 penny varieties other than the listed varieties. For a change this was an easy spot. I wonder if you could tell me if this a new or existing variety and possible value. I think if I have done my research correctly (slim chance lol) its Obv 6 Rev D . Any help will be most appreciated
Zooie...Here is a Half Penny with the 1st "1" way above the date area!......
That one really stands out bob
