    More Pennies

Very much agree, it's only about a year old plus change that variety so in subsequent years we will see more and more turn up. I think there's around 5 or so VIGTORIAs found since the first now?

    Spanish Pesetas

A bit of a longshot but does anyone have any pesetas that have any type of error on? I don't even necessarily want to buy it, although I will if you want to sell it, I just need some good quality pictures. Thanks Matt

    Very Old 1912 Penny

If it's got sentimental value then it's worth keeping, but monetarily speaking you really would have to pay someone to take it off you because of the amount of corrosion/verdigris. Not the best patina shall we say haha.
  4. Hi Dandy and welcome, please post a photo if you can, it will help greatly.

  7. Here's a fun link for you lot; https://haveibeenpwned.com/ It'll tell you if your email address have ever been compromised and sometimes where as well.

    Spanish Pesetas

    I... I have no idea
  9. It does look like a typical counterstamp on a worn coin, you can find many similar on ebay. There are some rare counterstamps so I cannot comment on the type of stamp it is but it was very common practice for anyone to do this so I don't think it's going to be worth anything. Happy to be corrected.
  10. Indeed this type of doubling is an error and not a variety as it isn't purposeful, it attracts a premium on coins in the US but nothing on UK coins. I quite like it though!
  11. Sounds like a counter stamped coin, which anyone can do so not as rare as maybe the dealer alluded to. Pictures would be good.

    Ebay's Worst Offerings

That guy's prices are always very high. Same guy that takes pictures of pictures on his computer screen to use in the listing, which baffles me.

    Spanish Pesetas

Flan errors, striking errors, anything really. At this point any error coin would help!
