Thanks Rob, It was a case where the photos of the coin on the site were quite 'modified' in terms of exposure and contrast, and when I received it, it had a very different finish/appearance to what I'm used to. I just wanted to seek reassurance from people who've handled a lot more hammered coins than I have, given my relative newness to the field. Thanks again, D
