constructed this online shop entirely in the first person singular tense. The
internet is about people not computer and I think that's a far better way to
be communicated with than using 'our' and 'we'...You deal with just me, and I
take personal responsibility for every order. If you're at
all unsatisfied about any of the products supplied, just take advantage of
my guarantee. Ask for your money back, I certainly won't be offended, that
is what the guarantee is for. To the best of my knowledge, none of the products shown on this website contain any substances that can damage coin / stamp or any other collections.
All of the products are inert and acid neutral. I would not sell anything that
I wouldn't use myself. Note also that orders made from outside of the EU automatically have their purchase tax deducted!
The accessories on this website come primarily from two established European makers of quality accessories, namely Lindner and SAFE. Other products available have either been specially commissioned by me or have been supplied through
my two main suppliers. Books on coins, stamps and many other collectables are also available from a few different publishing houses including my very own, Rotographic!
The most popular items appear first, on the left hand menu under the 'Coins For Sale' menu heading. All of the SAFE products have 'SAFE' in the title, my own products have 'Predecimal' in the title. Other products are mostly from Lindner (over 2500 of them) unless otherwise stated.
The full range of Lindner products can also be found under the 'Lindner Range' heading. To save time, why not use the downloadable Lindner PDF catalogue (or email you address and I'll post one) and simply enter the catalogue number
in the box in the left hand blue pain marked as 'Quick Find'. All of the items offered, from coins to coin cabinets have a weight associated with them. The charge for delivery is always displayed before the final payment is made. Delivery charges
are very reasonable./ Payments are accepted by credit/debit card (debit cards are preferred as the fees are lower!) as well as Paypal and cheque/bankers draft. Bank transfers (often called BACS in the UK) are alse very welcome. Simply chose the
Cheque payment option and I'll email the details right away.

Refunds Policy:
This applies to items
purchased from www.predecimal.com and any other domain name owned by me which
is pointed at this space. My "no quibbles" guarantee means that if
for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in
its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item,
unopened and I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please
note: I can only accept
the return of opened items if they have been supplied or described incorrectly
or are damaged. Returning items using the 14 day "no quibbles"
guarantee is simple. To return any item just email
for details. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All items are sent
from Germany. They will be securely packed/wrapped and with you, usually within
a week or less, but please allow up to 14 Working days just in case the item is not initially in stock. All transactions are processed in GBP
but I accept payments from holders of all international credit cards (your card company will convert the GBP amount to your local currency).
